1. July 28, 2009 minutes approved.

2. Shares sold is 493.

3. Sprout Loan/Capital Campaign Update.

4.  Board meeting schedule.

5.  Call for 3rd Friday volunteer.
  
6. Revising/Clarifying By-Laws.  

7. New board Email list.
