Present: Aubrey, Beth, Danny, Michael, Pam, Robin, Stephen

Call to order 6:47pm

Minutes approved from last week

Shares sold to date: 542

1. Tax preparation and financial details (Aubrey)

2. Capital Campaign (Stephen)

3. Elections
6 will need to run for a seat.
One year: Aubrey, Danny, Stephen
Two years: Beth, Michael, Robin

Statements need to be composed and submitted by next board meeting.

4. Board members
Suzanne Clark resigned her position on the board effective today.
