DCM Board Meeting

Present: Aubrey, Beth, Danny, Don, Michael, Robin, Stephen

Call to order 6:55pm

Shares sold to date: 578 (11/24/09 amended to 568)

1. Annual Meeting recap: Sunday, October 25, 2009
Approx. 80 attendees. Planned for 250.
Aids: Sweet Potato vine with accomplishments to date (Aubrey), Slide show (Beth), Co-op Principals (Pam) Accomplishment list on tables (Robin)

Next time: Possible outside speaker?

2. Volunteer Thank you Dinner

3. Location - Ongoing discussion of possible locations.
