DCM Board Meeting
Tuesday, December15, 2009
538 Foster Street

Present: Aubrey, Beth, Don, Michael, Pam, Robin, Stephen

Call to Order: 6:50pm
1. Nomination of appointed board members.
Pam Campa nominated for the DCM board to serve 2010.
Decision: Pam Campa appointed to the DCM board. Pam accepted this appointment.

2. Decision: December 8, 2009 minutes approved.

3. Officers - Discussion of election of board officers; Aubrey moving out of the area in April
Ex-officio: may serve on any committee

4. Location & member survey.

Meeting adjourned: 8:40pm Minutes submitted by Robin Arcus, DCM secretary
