DCM Board Meeting
Tuesday, June 9, 2009
538 Foster St, Durham, NC 27701

Call to Order: 6:50pm
Present: Aubrey, Beth, Danny, Don, Michael, Pam, Robin

Don will attend CCMA conference this weekend June 11-13

Shares - 457 shares sold to date.

Festival for the Eno - signed up for shifts to ensure a board member is always present at the booth.

Financial standing - were presented with and made adjustments to budget for next 90 days.

Annual Meeting - discussed activities for annual meeting and set a date range of Oct 15 to Nov 15 for M&M's to plan around.

Capital Campaign - follow-up from last board meeting.

Site Development - Don led the discussion.

Adjourn: 8:30
