After submitting the form you can pay via paypal. If you would prefer to pay by check, please submit this form and send your check, payable to Durham Central Market, to Robin Arcus, 109 E. Lynch St., Durham NC, 27701. Once your membership form and payment are received, we will send a Membership Packet with your DCM membership number and other information.

Additional shoppers can be added to your share for $40 each.
