1. Founder’s Celebration and Community Potluck

2. Farmers Market.
Every Saturday Nov 1 - 22, 8-noon
Nov 29 - March 09, 10-noon (Suzanne will provide presence these times)
March 09 - Resume Wednesdays and Saturdays, regular hours

We need to be sure someone is covering the table. Suzanne and/or a volunteer to assist next two weeks

1. Memberships to date: 135 with 8 in process (143). Goal is 300 by October 31, 2008
2. Farmers Market.
We have been approved for 9/27 (today) and next week 10/4. How long does FM run? Oct. 31.
Pam reports that we have enough volunteers to staff the table.
3. T-shirts / promos.
Other promo items from Ad Spice: vegetable peeler; shopping bags, leftover kits, sweet potato.

1. Memberships to date: 123 with 6 in process (128). Goal is 300 by October 31, 2008
Aubrey asked what happens if we don’t reach 300. Robin replied that we don’t yet have our costs for analyses as well as income taxes so we don’t know what we need. The finance committee needs to advise us on this.
